- Graduate students should work with their primary sponsor, program administrator and the appropriate (RAS/SRMS) personnel when preparing a fellowship proposal for submission and award management. The appropriate RAS/SRMS personnel for the graduate student is determined by the mentor/sponsor home department RAS/SRMS unit of the graduate. Please notify your respective RAS/SRMS unit at least 45 days in advance of the NIH deadline of your intent to submit. Questions should be directed to your RAS/SRMS unit.
